NATURAL STONE, DONE PROPERLY
Marble flooring Dubai projects are about more than choosing a beautiful slab. Marble is a natural, porous, calcium-based stone: it is softer than porcelain, it reacts to acids, and no two tiles are identical. Done well, it gives a villa entrance or apartment living room a depth of colour and veining that manufactured tile cannot copy. Done badly, it stains, etches, lips at the joints and loses its shine within a couple of years.
We treat marble as a four-stage craft: selecting and shade-matching the stone, preparing a flat and stable substrate, laying it with the correct bedding and tight joints, then honing, polishing and sealing on site. It sits within our wider flooring services, and where you want a marble look with less upkeep we can also lay marble-effect tiles through our tile fixing team.
Before ordering, we visit the property, check slab thickness against door clearances, and agree the layout, whether that is a straight lay, a diagonal, a bordered pattern or a book-matched feature. For ground-floor villa slabs we also check for moisture rising from the sub-floor, because trapped moisture is the main cause of dark patches in light marble.
Marble also needs the right working conditions. We keep slabs flat and dry on site, protect adjoining finishes, and control water and slurry during polishing so neighbouring units and common areas stay clean, which building managers in Dubai towers appreciate.

Diamond-pad polishing for a mirror shine, or honing for a soft matte look that hides wear.
Removing scratches, etching and dullness from older floors and restoring the original finish.
Impregnating sealers and crystallisation that protect against stains while keeping the stone breathable.
Diagonal layouts, bordered rooms, medallions and book-matched feature floors.
Matching treads, risers, thresholds and skirting for a continuous finish through the property.
WHY CHOOSE VISION THREE
We inspect and shade-match every tile so veining flows across the room rather than jumping from box to box.
A level screed and correct adhesive prevent lippage, hollow spots and cracking in heavy stone.
Honing and polishing are done by our own team after laying, so joints are flush and the shine is even.
Every project carries a written workmanship warranty and clear aftercare advice.
HOW WE WORK
We measure, check the sub-floor and help you choose marble type, finish and layout.
Tiles are laid out dry and blended so colour and veining are balanced across the space.
Floor levelled, moisture checked and a bonding or waterproofing layer applied where needed.
Marble bedded with tight colour-matched joints and checked continuously for level.
Diamond polishing, impregnating sealer, cleaning and a walk-through with you.
MARBLE TYPES & MATERIALS
The right marble depends on the room, light levels and how much upkeep you accept. Lighter stones show the most veining but also show the most staining, while darker and more heavily veined stones are more forgiving.
We bring physical samples to your property so you see the stone in your own light before committing, rather than relying on a showroom lamp or a photo. Thickness matters too: 18–20mm slabs are right for most floors, while thinner 10–12mm tiles are used where floor height is tight, such as over existing screed in an apartment.
Whichever stone you choose, we also supply matching skirting, thresholds and stair treads so the finish runs consistently from room to room, and we advise honestly when a marble-look porcelain would suit your lifestyle and budget better than natural stone.
Classic Italian white marble with grey or bold veining, a favourite for living rooms and bathrooms.
Rare white marble with dramatic gold-grey veining, used for statement foyers and feature floors.
Spanish brown marble with cream veining that hides wear well in busy family spaces.
Warm beige Spanish marble, a long-standing choice for villa majlis and hallways.
Deep black marble with fine white veins, often used for borders, inlays and bold contrasts.
Softer natural stone with a matte, textured look, suited to terraces and relaxed interiors.
WHERE WE INSTALL
Marble flooring Dubai work spans villa entrances and majlis spaces through to hotel lobbies and corporate reception areas.
Entrance halls, majlis, staircases and full ground floors with consistent veining throughout.
Living areas, hallways and bathrooms with careful working that follows building rules.
Durable polished floors for reception areas and corporate entrances.
Marble for hotel lobbies, lounges and restaurants where finish and durability both matter.
COMMON PROBLEMS WE FIX
Foot traffic and abrasive cleaning wear down the polish — we hone and re-polish to restore the shine.
Acidic spills dissolve the surface and leave dull patches — we remove them with honing and polishing.
Oil, coffee and moisture absorb into unsealed stone — we poultice, clean and reseal.
Poor bedding leaves uneven edges and cracks — we lift, re-bed and re-grind where needed.
Replacing floor finishes is generally treated as finishing work, so it does not usually need a Dubai Municipality permit on its own. In managed communities and towers you will normally need a developer or owners’ association NOC before work starts, along with contractor registration, approved working hours and rules on lift protection and waste removal. Because marble slabs are heavy, building management often also asks for a delivery and lift-loading plan. We handle the NOC paperwork and registration as part of project management.
COST FACTORS
Cost depends mainly on the stone you choose, which can vary several times between a standard beige marble and a rare Calacatta, followed by thickness, pattern complexity and substrate condition.

HOW MARBLE COMPARES
Marble offers the most distinctive look, granite is harder and more stain-resistant, and marble-look porcelain gives the appearance with far less upkeep.
| Factor | Marble | Granite | Porcelain |
|---|---|---|---|
| Look | Soft, flowing veining; unique | Speckled, uniform | Printed; many styles |
| Hardness | Softer, can scratch and etch | Very hard | Very hard |
| Stain resistance | Low without sealing | Good | Excellent |
| Maintenance | High (seal, re-polish) | Medium | Very low |
| Can be re-polished | Yes | Yes | No |
| Install cost/sqft | AED 30–90 | AED 30–70 | AED 18–90 |

MISTAKES TO AVOID
The most frequent mistake is skipping the sealer. Unsealed marble absorbs oil, coffee and cleaning liquids, and stains that could have been blocked become permanent.
The second is cleaning with the wrong products. Vinegar, bathroom cleaners and many multi-purpose sprays are acidic and etch the polish, leaving dull patches that need professional honing to remove.
The third is ignoring the sub-floor. Moisture rising through a ground-floor slab can darken light marble, and an uneven screed produces lippage between tiles that no amount of polishing will fully hide.
Another is choosing a stone from a small sample alone. Natural marble varies, so you should view several full tiles, ideally from the actual batch, before approving a whole villa.
Many homeowners also forget to protect the floor during other trades. Paint, plaster, trolleys and ladders scratch and stain fresh marble, so we recommend marble is the last trade in, or that it is covered with protective boards.
One more mistake is choosing a high-gloss finish for a busy area. A honed or satin finish hides scratches and is less slippery, so it suits kitchens, family rooms and homes with children.

MAINTENANCE TIPS
Clean with a stone-safe, pH-neutral product and a soft mop. Never use vinegar, bleach or acidic cleaners.
Blot spills straight away, especially coffee, juice, wine and oil, before they can soak in.
Re-apply sealer every one to two years in busy areas and have the floor re-polished every five to eight years.
