Vision Three wraps bathroom vanities, cabinet doors, countertops and mirror surrounds in waterproof architectural film — usually in one to two days, with no tile removal and no plumbing disconnection. We are equally clear about where wrapping stops: inside a live shower enclosure is not a place we apply film.

Bathroom Wrapping Dubai
Bathroom wrapping bonds a waterproof architectural vinyl film over existing vanity units, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, countertops and mirror surrounds, changing the finish without touching plumbing, tiling or the shower enclosure. Done properly, it is one of the fastest ways to lift a dated Dubai bathroom.
You will see pages online that claim to wrap “walls, tiles and floors” as a single package. We wrap vanities, cabinets, countertops and mirror surrounds — the dry-zone joinery that makes up most of what you actually see when you walk in. We do not apply film directly inside a shower enclosure or onto a wet-zone floor that sees standing water, because no adhesive film holds reliably under constant submersion and daily scrubbing, whatever the marketing copy says.
That is not us being cautious for no reason — it is the difference between a wrap that looks right for five years and one that a competitor’s marketing promised but that starts lifting at the shower tray within months. Where a genuine wet-zone refresh is needed, that is tiling and waterproofing work, and we scope it honestly as such rather than wrapping over a problem.
We wrap bathrooms across Dubai apartments and villas, and where the survey finds something beyond wrapping’s scope — failed grout, a leaking shower tray, water ingress behind tiling — our bathroom renovation team picks it up directly.
Vanity, cabinets, countertop and mirror surround wrapped and handed back within one to two days, tiling and plumbing untouched.
No chasing tile off the wall, no re-grouting, no plumbing disconnection. Fixtures and taps are worked around, not removed.
Interior architectural film rated for splash and humidity zones, with every edge sealed to stop water tracking underneath.
We do not wrap inside a live shower enclosure or standing-water floor areas. If that is what you need, we scope tiling work instead.
Scope of Work
Every surface below sits in the dry or splash zone, not inside standing water, which is exactly why film performs reliably on it.
The single most requested bathroom wrap. Vanity fronts, end panels and plinths wrapped as one continuous scheme.
Storage cabinet doors and drawer fronts removed, wrapped on the bench with folded edges, then rehung and aligned.
Vanity countertop wrapping over sound laminate or stone-look post-formed tops, edge-sealed around the basin cut-out.
Frames and surrounds around bathroom mirrors wrapped to match, without disturbing the mirror glazing or backing.
Dry-zone accent panels away from direct shower spray, wrapped in stone or timber-effect film for a feature-wall look.
Open shelving units, linen cabinets and storage towers wrapped to match the vanity scheme.
Local Context
A Dubai bathroom is the single hardest room in the house to wrap well, because it combines everything that stresses vinyl film: standing water, high humidity, daily cleaning chemicals and constant temperature swings from hot showers. What works fine on a bedroom wardrobe can fail within weeks in the wrong bathroom zone.
The distinction that matters is dry zone versus wet zone. A vanity unit, cabinet run or countertop outside the shower splash area sees moisture in the air but not standing water on the surface — that is exactly the environment waterproof architectural film is built for, and edge-sealed film holds up well there for years.
Inside a shower enclosure or on a floor that pools water is a different problem entirely. Constant submersion, foot traffic, and abrasive cleaning break down adhesive bonds at a rate no interior film is rated for, regardless of what “100% waterproof” marketing copy claims. We do not wrap those zones, and we will tell you plainly if that is what a competitor has quoted you.
The other Dubai-specific factor is ventilation. Bathrooms without a working extractor fan trap humidity far above what film adhesive is designed to sit under continuously. We check extraction is functioning at survey, because a wrap applied in a poorly ventilated bathroom is starting from a disadvantage before the film even goes on.
Wrapping Is The Right Call When
How We Work
Built around the extra prep a wet-adjacent room demands.
We mark exactly where the dry and splash zones end and the wet zone begins, and check the extractor fan is working. Free, and we say no if wrapping is the wrong call.
Waterproof film samples shown in the room. Marble and stone-effect finishes read very differently under bathroom lighting than on a screen.
Vanity doors, drawers and mirror surrounds removed where possible. Soap scum and limescale film get a heavier clean pass than a kitchen surface would.
Fronts wrapped off the bench with every edge folded and sealed, particularly around the basin cut-out and any tap penetration.
Doors rehung, silicone lines reinstated around basin and countertop edges, room cleaned and walked with you before we leave.
Materials
Bathroom film is a different specification to kitchen or wardrobe film — rated specifically for splash-zone moisture, not just wipe-clean surfaces.
The most requested bathroom finish — Carrara, Calacatta and concrete-look matt films for vanity and countertop.
Strong reflective finish that works well in smaller bathrooms lacking natural light, though it shows water spots more readily.
Warm oak and walnut effects for a spa-style vanity look, edge-sealed to the same standard as the stone-effect range.
Low-sheen textured films that resist visible water marks and fingerprints around tap and handle areas.
Sample boards come to site at survey stage, held against your actual tiling and fixtures.
Property Types
Single-vanity ensuite and family bathrooms in Dubai apartments. The highest-volume job we do in this category.
Double vanities, larger countertop runs and feature panels. One to two days depending on scope.
Small-footprint guest bathrooms, often the fastest and most affordable wrap on the list.
Multi-unit bathroom refreshes scheduled floor by floor with minimal guest disruption.
Problems We Fix
All dry-zone surface problems — which is exactly what wrapping is built to fix.
The default handover finish in most Dubai bathrooms. Wrapping resets the whole vanity to a single modern colour in a day.
Standing water pooled around taps over years leaves cloudy staining on laminate. Edge-sealed film resets the surface and stops it recurring at the same points.
Laminate lifting at the front edge of vanity doors and drawer fronts, the most common bathroom joinery failure in Dubai’s humidity.
Corner and edge damage from years of use. Minor chips are filled and sanded before film goes on.
A mirror frame or surround left in the old finish after everything else has been updated.
Every other room updated, the bathroom still stuck in 2012. A one to two day wrap closes that gap fast.
Investment
Bathroom wrapping in Dubai is priced by scope rather than a flat per-door rate, because vanity size, countertop cut-outs and mirror surrounds vary more than kitchen fronts do. As a working range, expect AED 100–180 per panel or front, reflecting the extra edge-sealing work wet-adjacent surfaces need.
A single-vanity apartment bathroom, covering vanity fronts, countertop and mirror surround, typically runs AED 1,800 to AED 3,500. A villa master bathroom with a double vanity and larger countertop run comes to roughly AED 3,500 to AED 7,000.
A comparable full bathroom renovation, including new tiling, waterproofing and fittings, starts around AED 18,000 for an apartment ensuite and runs well past AED 45,000 for a villa master bathroom. Wrapping only replaces the visual finish, not the tiling or shower area — that distinction is what keeps the price this far apart.

If the shower area, tiling or waterproofing needs work, that is not something wrapping should be asked to cover. Our bathroom renovation team scopes that honestly, and apartment renovation or villa renovation if it is part of a wider project.
Get It Right First Time
Bathroom wraps fail more often than kitchen or wardrobe wraps, almost always because of one avoidable decision made before the film goes on.
Wrapping inside the shower enclosure. Any contractor who agrees to wrap the inside of a live shower or a standing-water floor is setting expectations no film can meet. That is a tiling job, not a wrap job, whatever finish it’s dressed up as.
Skipping edge sealing around the basin. The basin cut-out and tap penetrations are the single most common point of water ingress under a wrapped countertop. Every edge needs to be properly sealed, not just trimmed and left.
Ignoring a broken extractor fan. Wrapping a bathroom with no working ventilation sets the film up to fail from trapped humidity, regardless of how well it was applied on day one.
Buying on price per panel alone. Bathroom-grade film with a genuine waterproof rating costs meaningfully more than the sign vinyl some cheaper quotes are built on. Ask specifically what film is being used and whether it is rated for splash-zone application.
Wrapping over existing mould. Film applied over a surface with active mould growth traps it rather than removing it. Any mould needs to be treated and the surface fully dried before film goes on.
Ask Every Quote These Six Questions
Aftercare
Bathrooms are the highest-maintenance wrap surface in the house. Three habits keep it looking right.
Keep the fan running during and for twenty minutes after every shower. This single habit does more for wrap longevity than any cleaning product.
Pooled water left around taps overnight is the fastest way to stress a sealed edge. A quick wipe after use prevents it entirely.
Warm water and a pH-neutral bathroom cleaner for daily use. Bleach and abrasive limescale removers degrade film sealant faster than normal wear.

Questions
Bathroom wrapping is the process of bonding waterproof architectural vinyl film over existing vanity units, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, countertops and mirror surrounds to change their finish without replacing them or removing tiling. It covers dry and splash-zone surfaces, not the inside of a live shower enclosure.
Bathroom wrapping in Dubai typically costs AED 100 to AED 180 per panel or front. A powder room or small ensuite runs AED 900 to AED 1,800, a standard apartment bathroom AED 1,800 to AED 3,500, and a villa master bathroom with a double vanity AED 3,500 to AED 7,000.
No. We do not apply vinyl film inside a live shower enclosure or on floor areas that see standing water, because no adhesive film holds reliably under constant submersion and daily scrubbing. Wrapping covers the dry and splash-zone vanity, cabinets, countertop and mirror surround. A shower area that needs refreshing is a tiling job, which our bathroom renovation team scopes separately.
The films used for bathroom wrapping are rated for splash-zone moisture and humidity, with every edge sealed to stop water tracking underneath. This is different from being submersion-proof, which is why the film is applied to dry and splash-zone surfaces like vanities and countertops, not inside the shower itself.
A powder room or small ensuite is typically wrapped in one working day. A standard apartment bathroom takes one to two days, and a villa master bathroom with a double vanity and larger countertop run takes around two days. Film reaches full seal cure after about 48 hours.
Yes, considerably, but the two solve different problems. Wrapping an apartment bathroom costs roughly AED 1,800 to AED 3,500 against AED 18,000 or more for a full renovation with new tiling and waterproofing. Wrapping only refreshes dry-zone joinery finishes; it does not replace tiling, fix leaks, or change the layout.
Yes, on dry and splash-zone surfaces, provided the extractor fan is functioning and the film is properly edge-sealed. A bathroom with poor ventilation traps humidity above what any film adhesive is designed to sit under continuously, which is why we check extraction at survey before quoting.
Existing mould has to be treated and the surface fully dried before film is applied. Wrapping over active mould traps it rather than removing it, and it will resurface under the film. We flag this at survey if it is present.
Yes. Countertop wrapping goes around the basin cut-out and any tap penetrations, with every edge properly sealed at those points, since they are the most common place water can track underneath an improperly finished wrap.
A professionally wrapped bathroom vanity using edge-sealed architectural film typically lasts five to eight years in a Dubai bathroom, somewhat less than a kitchen or wardrobe wrap because of the higher humidity exposure. Countertop edges around the basin see the most wear and are the first place to check periodically.
No Dubai Municipality permit is required, since bathroom wrapping involves no plumbing, electrical or structural alteration. Most buildings and communities do require a work permit or NOC from management before a contractor works inside a unit, which we handle as part of the job.
Yes, with written approval from the landlord or building management first, since it changes a fixed fitting. Wrapping is reversible, which usually makes approval more straightforward than a request to retile or renovate.
One wide shot, one close-up of the vanity edge, and one showing where the shower splash line sits is enough for us to tell you whether wrapping fits and what it should cost. No site visit needed for a first answer.
